1 Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Daylign™ ("Daylign", "we", "us"), governing your use of our web application at https://daylign.pages.dev.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

2 Eligibility & Account Security

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age (or 16 years in the EEA) to use Daylign.
• Credential Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and notifying us of any unauthorized use.
• Guest Sessions: Guest sessions are tied to your local browser storage. Clearing browser data without linking an account may result in irreversible data loss.

3 Intellectual Property Rights

Daylign™ Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service—including software code, user interface designs, color palettes, animations, trademarks, logos, brand assets, and documentation—are the exclusive intellectual property of Daylign and its creators.

User Content: You retain full ownership of the notes, habit titles, and checklist items you create. You grant Daylign a limited license to store and transmit your content solely to provide the Service.

4 Acceptable Use Policy

When using Daylign, you agree NOT to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the source code or design architecture.
• Circumvent authentication, user isolation rules, or probe infrastructure vulnerabilities.
• Deploy automated bots, crawlers, or scrapers against Daylign endpoints.
• Use the application to transmit malware, illegal material, or abusive payloads.
• Resell or distribute Daylign as a commercial product without prior written consent.

Daylign™ is an organizational habit tracker. It does not provide medical, psychological, health, financial, or legal advice. All streaks, reset cadences, and timer analytics are self-directed productivity utilities.
